What are the hours of the reception desk?
The reception is open from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Saturdays, we are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-In and -Out
Arrival is possible from 3 pm. Your key will be deposited for you if the reception is no longer occupied. An earlier arrival is also possible on request and depending on availability.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10 am. In our digital guest directory, you find a lot of useful information for your arrival and stay with us!
Is it possible to arrive outside reception hours?
Of course! Please just let us know in advance. We will deposit the key for you and take care of all formalities the following day.
Are there different apartment categories?
No! And that's wonderful, because you choose exactly what you wish and no predefined category. Whether view, balcony, size or bed type, you can decide for yourself. Check out the apartment overviews.
Are cots and high chairs available?
On request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Please let us know before your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
We would be delighted to welcome your furry friend on request (and subject to availability). You and your pet will find your temporary home in selected apartments. Please let us know in advance if your pet will be accompanying you to the Eifel region or select "dogs welcome" at the booking page.
What amenities can I look forward to?
Our apartments include everything you need for a independent stay. We have furnished the apartments comfortably and tastefully with attention to detail. In all apartments, you can find:
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, and dishwasher
- Coffee machine (including filters!)
- Dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs
- Towels and bed linen
- Flat-screen TV and DVD player
- Radio alarm clock, telephone, and CD player
- Game collection
- Steam iron
- Free Wi-Fi
Depending on the selected room, the apartments may have additional amenities.
What’s included in the playroom?
Browse the small library, play foosball, or enjoy a game of table tennis – you decide! Additionally, you find all of our DVDs for free rent here! All available movies can be seen in the overview file below.
Is there parking?
Of course! You can park at the Ferienpark for free.
A spa and fitness area at the Ferienpark? Really?
Yes, our guests love the small sauna world, the relaxation area, and especially the fitness area. Please tell us if you like to use the sauna.
What else can I look forward to at the Ferienpark
In addition to relaxation in the sauna and workouts in the fitness room, you can look forward to a mini-library, DVD rental, parking directly at the Ferienpark, a playroom with small library, foosball, and table tennis, a bike cellar, and caring staff who are always ready to help.
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
No! With us everything you need is available. The beds are freshly made and towels are available.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
Yes! The final cleaning of the apartment is already included in the price.
Can I take my bike with me?
Of course! A lockable bicycle cellar and tools are at your disposal free of charge.
Do you have an elevator?
There is no lift. We will be happy to accommodate your request for few steps or a ground floor flat. Let us know in good time or choose "lower floor" or "ground floor" when booking.
Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes! In our washing facility, you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. We also provide complimentary laundry detergent.
